Proposed in Raipur, Chhattisgarh by Adv. J.S. Kailashiya, IFS (Retd.), PARRAD has come a long way from its beginnings as a Vision Document. When Adv. Kailashiya first started out, his 60 years of field experience observing how India's Ruling Class (10%) enslaved 90% common people drove him to propose revolutionary proportional representation so that PARRAD can offer you genuine ethnic-economic democracy.

We now serve Uttar Pradesh Assembly to National Parliament, and are thrilled that we're able to turn our passion into our own website.

Born in a tiny home at Nav Durga Nagar, Mathpurena, Bhopal, J.S. Kailashiya burned midnight oil under lantern light to earn MSc (Agriculture). Raised between forests and rivers, he learned "Dreams aren't seen sleeping, dreams keep you awake!"
